Can I just ask where the MR2's are stand wise?

Given how shambolic the system has been so far, check your original order confirmation. Did you order a stand pass originally?

If you did not, then the only thing you can do is ring them, explain the mistake you've made, and see if there is any way they can give you a stand pass.

Right. Sorry I have been so busy guys, work has been hectic and then my nightmare neighbour has decided to ram his van into the front of mine tonight!

Anyway.. Spoken to the Japfest organisers today, I am not happy! Not only have we had to pay for a passenger (even though our cars make the show and bringing a passenger equals extra customers on site!!), now we have to print our own tickets!!

Lets hope we all have access to a printer hey, as they don`t accept seeing ticket confirmation on mobile phones! Ridiculous!

Has everybody had their confirmation? Has everybody got both ticket and stand pass?

What time are the campers planning to arrive on Saturday?
Is it worth creating a separate thread so we can discuss/plan? Who's bringing bbq's and things like that...

Japfest pre-meet details

For those who want to convoy in to the show together, there will be a pre-meet at Tesco Towcester. This is only 5 miles from the venue. There is a Shell petrol station across the road if you need to fuel up.

Did not book camping in the end...so had a choice. Travel up Saturday afternoon and pay on the gate, camp in the cold...or Sunday morning early start at 0500hrs..waking the neighbours as I go.

So opted to book a hotel in Buckingham for the night instead!

No way would I have camped Scott! We've got about 40 of us (only two of my members from the GT86 DC are camping!) on Saturday night at the Mercure Hotel in Milton Keynes (Abbey Hill) if you want to pop over. Likely be a table booked for 40+ or so!
