Just an update everybody.
Progress is being made on the arrangements and planning for this years JAE.
The Hog Roast has been booked and confirmed for the Saturday night.

The power and lighting rigs have been hired and paid for.

The Tug-of-war team is coming along (still more needed though) See here:

The 5-aside footie team still needs some numbers as well. Tiamat (Malcolm) is your man on this one so drop him a PM

Other stuff that will ensure this years show is a hit is the confirmed Oasis tribute band that will be performing on the Friday night. This will be in the main hall with a licensed bar.
There will also be other activities throughout the day including the famous IMOC barbecue where you turn up with your own grub and cook yourself. It is usually kept alight the entire show...sort of like the Olympic flame...but a barbecue! ha ha!

Still to be decided: The club stand theme. At the moment it looks like an 80's night. I will be setting up a poll shortly and set an end date. Whichever polls the most, that is what will be!

Its an area that was earmarked for us from the off by the JAE organisers. When we attended the 'Pre event meet' a few months ago we put the IMOC seal of approval on it.

Yes, we're in. Just booked holiday that allows us all to come to JAE. Mrs Andyj is intrigued by where I've been going to Mark 1 meets last few years (particularly as I currently have Mark 2). Missed last year but from memory she can park her Audi and pitch her tent alongside rest of us. Looking forward to this.

just a quick question, im looking at buying a tent (dont owner one),
looking at a 4 berth for me and my mrs??? will this be ok, dont want to use up too much space of tubby land??
