Had an email over the weekend, club plot allocation is currently being sorted by the Japfest organisers and tickets/stand passes are to be sent out to us shortly.

Markstevieandmads - Tickets will have the car registration on for the vehicle which has been paid/booked to the club stand, if anyone is dropping out we need to know ASAP if there is a swap and we can inform the organisers before tickets go out, so you have no hassle with incorrect reg upon entry.

I am phoning them today also so I will enquire if we can just squeeze an extra car in and see if you can make a late payment, will PM you later today

I have rang and asked if we can add extra people, unfortunately they have closed the link and will not add any more late comers at this point due to the plot allocation being sorted by the final numbers. They did extend the deadline by a few days already so we can't really do much, they have to draw a line at some point.

If someone drops out and you can get hold of a ticket then it should be ok so long as we update the Japfest organisers to make amendments, if anyone does any swaps with tickets please let me know so that details can be updated.

Failing that the public entry tickets are still on sale online and available to purchase on the gate on the day of the event.

I maybe up for a convoy though it depends what time non stand cars are allowed in as no point going early if i cant get in till later with the other normos lol

I believe GA goes to a separate entry gate, not sure though, details should be available soon. Last year there was two entry points for club cars on opposite sides of the circuit, I assume to reduce load on the surrounding roads. Generally they want to have the club cars in and parked before the gates open for general admission. We should know a bit more soon!
