I didn't realise just how pink it was. Very masculine indeed

Hehe, don't be so sarcastic
One thing I know that if I will repaint my car some day, it will be ferrari red or something like that :) Or I would like to try red matte...

Just forgot to tell that I sold my R18 5Zigens... I will miss them really...

And here are some pics from last event. That time I finished 2nd in 2500+ class. Next time I hope to do better :)

Also, I put 2cm spacers in front, and wheels are totally flush now :thumleft:
Look at the first photo at a front tyre... It looks like it will soon get off the wheel. These are Toyo T1R, would be great tyres, if sidewalls would be stiffer.

OK, spoiler is almost ready :)
Only side flaps left and I will raise a rear part of spoiler a bit, because it's now lacks of adjusment a little.

For tommorow I need to change g-box oil, brake fluid, mount a tyres, change clutch pedal and some other little things :)

Is the height of the spoiler uprights a calculated choice?

I wanted spoiler to be at the same height as a roof, but it's a bit lower.
I didn't calculated anything...

Or do you mean angle?

Ahh ok. Just interested to know if there's a benefit of having it higher or not, as mine's obviously not as high. Always looking to learn :)

As from reading and listening other opinions, the higher the spoiler is the cleaner air it gets making more downforce :)
Of course it's no point to make it like in that old Plymouth :D (you know what I mean..)

By the way, Phil, your old turbo should be rebuilt tommorow :) Guys told me it has the best parts possible, but was totally dead and needed full rebuid.

Yeah, the seals were shot so it burnt oil :pale:

It was great when I first got the car and it needed replacing then. So once it's rebuilt it should be awesome :thumleft:

I hope I will have time to installl it next month. Although before I need to buy braided oil feed/return lines and flanges. Also, I will have to buy all manifold / turbo gaskets.

I hope I will feel a big improvement compared to CT26 :)

It should feel much more linear than the CT26 and not fall off the cliff when revved

To speak short, the difference is really feelable, I think. No more going sidways through the corner, more stable.

Now about a time.
Last year in our track time was 1.26.xx
Yesterday time was 1.27.3xx, but you can minus about 2-3s, because there was an additional chicane. So time was improved.

So yesterday in my class (street 2500+) I was 5th from 17, while last year I was 8th from 15 or something like that.

I will be soon uploading an onbord :)

P.S. I had some problems with my MBC and I could reach only 0,8bar max instead of 1,1...

A couple of pictures now :)
