Rather large update alert!
Been very busy over the last few weeks with the car and making big steps in the right direction now.
So I finally got the head back and ready to fit. I did the routine checks an worked out the CR of the engine, then assembled.
All assembled and you can see how the inlet manifold turned out

Then it got fitted to the car...
AS you can see, without the spacer, the inlet manifold would be close to fitting in the engine bay without cutting the fire wall

Work has been happening on the car, but things have been a bit slower. It's getting to the stage now where you can put a day's work into it, and see no real change. Just tying up loose ends and routing stuff mainly.
Anyway, some pictures;
Colour coding to appease my OCD
Routing oil lines. Very tight packaging.
Fuel lines installed and Wiggins clamp added for some flex in the boost lines -16 oil feed and rerun lines. Not cheap!
Bov installed. Also there is now a Wiggins clamp half way through this pipe for flex 3.5" clamp 3 times the price of a 3" one. Go figure
0.7mm inconel exhaust
Taking the plunge.....
Now with windows as well
Fairly straight through!
And finally, mocking up an new fuel pump mount
