I think he has picked you up just like I have when saying theyre both mid engined cars meaning they are identical in terms of layout but infact they arent.

If he took that meaning then that's his mistake.

The s2000 is a mid engined car, so is the MR2, anyone with two eyes and two braincells to rub together can discern that the MR2 has its engine behind the driver and the S2k engine is in front, but they are both mid engined cars.

That's the long and short of it

I know the s2000 have 215 at the front and 245 at the rear... and the mr2 has 195 all round

Man, all this talk of S2000s makes me want to pick up a cheap AP1 to add to my tubby and my E46

I track my Rev 3 Turbo and a friend tracks his S2000, both have mild tweaks - brakes etc, but no power increases.

We both drive each others cars and in all honestly round a track there is not a lot in it in terms of pace but they feel very different and the S2000 you must keep the revs up at all times.

Gearbox on the S2000 is a million times better than the MR2 though and I like the digital dash.

Overall I prefer my MR2 Turbo.
