Wish my shell paintwork was being turned round as fast as yours seems to be. I've heard/seen nothing of mine since last November. :?

So a more progress today and Pat has applied the top coat and it's looking stunning. Cheers Buddy I'm really grateful for all the hard work

Patrick seems to be approaching this the same way Ronnie O'Sullivan approached that 147 break. This is a seriously quick turnaround. I haven't had a chance to think when I can get down there with my stuff and he's almost done!

Thanks Guys :thumleft: I'm back down there tomorrow and I know that it's now out of the paint booth and polished so I'll be refitting the trim and I'll get some more pics.

Thanks for the positive comments guys. :thumleft:

So a quick update, it was slow progress for me today what with trains and weather etc (and too much talking #-o ) but I managed to get a few panels fitted and most of the interior, should really have done more though.

I also got a couple of pictures and as Les said this doesn't look anywhere near as good as it is in the metal, I can't understand why I hesitated over the paint as it is simply stunning. The paint changes tone slightly in different light but is really rich. Pat said that everyone that walked into the garage this week has commented on it.

Looks good John, are new wheels on the cards? the Volks look a little lost in the kit.

Not for the moment Craig, purely for financial reasons but I am looking to do it in the future. However the Rays need a good clean and I have spacers for the rears so when all is done it won't look too bad.

I'm not convinced at this stage that they suit the kit as much as others would but I've had suggestions to go champagne or bronze which IMHO wouldn't look bad at all.
