BTW spent all of today putting the car back together, new gasket (drilled the holes) and got my manifold welded up and more supports
Just been for a test drive and the car is fine

380.2 at the hubs and 377.6 ft/lb - all at 1.2 bar

Took a fair lump of fuel out at lower revs but it's getting a bit lean higher up so Pete suggested a pressure reg and uprated pump might be the way forward to get the most out of the SAFC II... so I need to keep it, work to be done
