Well it was but you would've had to have driven to guildford to get it!

Indeed. Same thing has happened to me in the past. Hope you know who did it so they can pay for the repairs!

Shame you weren't able to make it. Just got back and it was a great day. I was towards the back of the calvacade and it was pretty mad going down the start finish straight with MR2's 3 wide as far as the eye could see. Fantastic sight!

Ah, that must have been you booting it along the straight, I heard it all the way from the back

Those of us at the back found ourselves with a fair few gaps in which to have a quick 1st and 2nd gear squirt along the straight

Was all supposed to have been ready for today but the work got delayed. Felt half dressed rocking up with no skirts on

Another thanks to everyone who got this together. I had such a good day today... Good to finally put a few faces to names too. It was a pleasure to have met you all. Bit of a mission getting there after 2 hours sleep but it turns out red bull does give you wings!

Thanks guys was a brilliant day was a moving moment to see all those 2s and it went as smooth as clockwork even the Silverstone officials gave us a big clap and said you had organised it to perfection,wouldn't have said that but i learnt from the mistakes of the last one and was determined this wasn't going to happen again.Its official we had 226 cars on track so just need to sort all the paperwork out and collect video and photograhic evidence,after that its a waiting game to hear back from GWR.
