Red mk1 grays

Think it was yours tina just off london road, turn in to one of the side rides to turn around because of the traffic and saw a red mk1 on the side of the road.

I don't think it was me, although mine is finally back on the road as of today and we did take it out for drive this afternoon too around Grays!

Didn't go down London Road though.

It could've been the same one I saw on the A13 at Stanford that Sunday morning, don't know who that was either.

PS: I go through Ockendon down to the Rainham New Road a lot in the mornings and haven't seen you near Aveley at all.

You turned around when saw the traffic going towards Rainham New Road about 8am today? I did flash but I think I was a bit late and you wouldnt have noticed much as I was in the Yaris!

You know what, I've lived here all my life and don't know the names of the roads! So with the help of googlemaps

I go down the Aveley Bypass go over the M25 and then down to the Rainham New Road. It means I don't touch the A13 which is a 'mare where it goes from three lanes to two between Stifford and where the slip from Lakeside joins it.

I'm gonna be about in my MK1 a lot more now she's back in use, have you joined the mr2mk1club forum by the way?

The 1st bit of your reg is similar to mine then, yours is E21 and mines E62!

PS what bulbs do you have on the bonnet lights next to the indicator bulbs, are they LEDS or something? It looked like it had a bit of a blue tinge to them.

yeah there ment to be bright clear LED's but they are blue?. Ill have to go that way a little more and hopefully wave back for once
