Chargecooler fluid wasn't circulating.We tried alsorts to get it going but with no luck.
He thinks it's the pump, i think it was just a major air lock looking at how the system fits together, bad design faults really IMHO.

The resevoir is still the highest point in the system, and even if any air were
still present in the Chargecooler core, it wouldn't impede flow.
The pump being very low in the system should guarentee it is primed..

and if it's primed..

it should be pumping at full rate.
