Sadly a Mod can never win, as they're supposed to be impartial yet contribute to a forum at the same time. Whilst Lauren really doesn't need me to fight her corner for her, the comments above are completely unjustified IMHO. One thing Lauren never comes across as is ill-informed, and whilst I may not agree with all her views (no way is an Italian V8 better than a Yank one! ) she usually backs up what she says with facts or experience, or failing that simply puts her point of view across well.

Although I may argue with Lauren on here on an almost daily basis, and we take the p1$$ out of each other alot I got on quite well with her at JAE. I dunno if she thought the same of me how ever lol.

Ekona im sure you will agree that there is a difference between defending your viewpoint having a personality and Trolling sadly in Laurens case its just seems to be the latter more often than not.

Couldn't disagree with you more. On the latter I mean, there's obviously a difference between trolling and stating your opinion.

A troll doesn't normally give their opinion or the thought process behind it, they normally just post something random that is going to cause controversy with nothing to back it up. That's not the Lauren that posts on here.

You are the biggest forum Troll I have ever come across. In every debate you take the exact polar opposite point of view to everyone else just for the sake of it. Sometimes you have been so bloody rude and ill informed about what you have spoken about especially with your comments and attitude towards Low income families and social care leaving myself and others who have been through that difficult experience very upset and angered towards yourself.

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE I have spoken to about you at meets and events thinks you’re an “Aunt” and doesn’t think you should be a moderator let alone on the forums but because of your moderator status and bully attitude doesn’t say anything but just thinks.

It is definitely not the behavior expected of a forum moderator, If someone joined and spouted the same crap with the same attitude at the same frequency you do they would have been given a lifetime ban for trolling by now.

I think I might just know a little bit about social care and low income families seeing as I actually work with them on a daily basis as a social worker, rather than relying on what someone has written in the Sun as a source! However if anything I have defended low income families etc.. are you sure you are not confusing me with someone else? I wasn't the one that wanted women on benefits sterilised now was I?

I actually couldn't care less whether someone thinks i'm an aunt or not. I don't care. I'm not a moderator btw i'm a Vice-Chair and a Director of IMOC.

I take the opposite view to other people to play devil's advocate because it is important to view debates from different perspective and provide balance. Also because I think that a lot of people give no thought to what they have just typed.

I can have an opinion on something and I would like to think that I would not comment on a subject if I wasn't at least informed enough to add to the debate.

It took me about 6 months before I figured out what that was and the amber HDD light. WAY too many lights on that thing lol. I also HATE the fact that in standby mode there's a red light on it.
Add that to the red light on my TV and my Sky and my sub and sometimes I wake up in the night thinking I'm about to get abducted by fricking aliens.

It isn't possible to have too many lights on a console. They should have a power usage bar like the veyrons BHP display to show you how hard they're working

And i like all my red standby lights but it makes me wonder how much i'm helping fund the Eon xmas party.
