brand new genuine toyota leather gear knob, on ebay fetching good money.

This is the second one I've seen make over £50 so obviously some people don't think so :)

£70 plus the VAT from Toyota, so not that bad a price to be honest for a brand new ebay one :thumleft: , Jinx

your right that is second one that got sold which was brand new, chap who sold the last one had brand new still in toyota package mats which i bidded for and won for £40. was superised not many bid for mats but most bidded for gear knob lucky me.

That's interesting. One of my Mark 1's came with a brand new black leather one, never fitted. The existing one was fine so didn't change it. Just got it out of the drawer I put it in 12 years ago! Going to keep it and watch it appreciate in value :D

I have one sat on the coffee table that i keep meaning to list on ebay... i think it's a celica one though... (although it would fit an mr2)

Part no PZ430-B9174-00
Complete with Toyota packaging.

Looks like it might have been test fitted...

Anyone want it?

There are two small marks where the paint has rubbed off on the collar somehow, but they are very small (if you can spot them behind the light glare) - I've tried to point them out below:

The reason i think it's been test fitted is because the plastic insert that connects it to the lever has light marking

Hi thanks for the pictures :) but it's not actually the one I was thinking of so I'll give it a miss thanks. Stick it on ebay though and I'm sure it will go.

I've never seen one like that on a mk1 mr2 - all the ones I've seen are all the long narrow ones

that isnt mr2 mk1 gear knob possibly celica or uni fit gear knob
