premium member renewal

Post by Rhiannan »

Hi folks

My premium membership has run out :( the £5 renewal fee has been taken from my account but I am no longer a premium? :? If I remember rightly I need to pay another £2.50? Where do I need to pay this too so I can be premium again

Thanks

I've highlighted this to the people who can help you - someone should be in touch soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.

Actually this happened to me too with regard to the £5 coming out automatically.

I paid the £7.50 as a separate transaction to renew my membership and then wrote a PM to Speedy with the paypal transaction details asking if he could refund the £5 that was removed automatically but that PM has remained unopened in my outbox for many weeks.

Although it's not a large amount could someone please arrange for the extra £5 to be refunded to my paypal?

Thanks!

I sent a pm to speedy a few days ago and I've had no reply, that's why I've posted in here :thumleft:

Same here too. I must owe an extra £2.50, but I don't think Speedy has been on to read my PM.

If someone else can point me in the right direction i'll pay the extra.
