gently driving home tonight doing 55-60mph on a dual carriageway......other cars flying past......then I see three cars one behind the other caning it down the outer lane gotta be 80mph.....all about 4 feet from one anothers bumpers... in the rain....heavy spray.....its madness i tells ya...if the one at the front had to do an emergency stop....well.....you can imagine......
then I saw a near miss with the car in front.....almost exact copy of my recent accident....I was driving well back of the car ahead......this ford escort van pulled out of a layby onto the dual carriageway making the other car swerve into the outer lane.......when I passed the van in the outer lane and quickly glanced across I noticed he was looking down at something in the passenger area.......obviously oblivious to the world outside of his van cabin....

man i aint surprised, you gotta stay WELL away from any vans or lorrys because they really couldnt give a toss if they hit you theyl keep driving.

Tell me about it!. It's the 'Don't care' attitude that really annoys me. Most of these poor drivers are lucky if they have two brain cells rubbing together. Unfortunately for the rest of us law obiding road users we are fast becoming a minority.

Thats it,
Alot of the time its their works that insure them etc so they couldnt care less..
Just gotta stay clear i wont drive near one il just get away - and stay on the outside fast lane and do the speed limit and done come in unless you have to - IE if somebody is comin up fast move over let them past then go back out.
