james(3s services) has almost finished the manifolds, just a few tweaks on them and the exhaust.Whilst it was there i changed the engine colour as red was to much to keep clean.

A more square on picture...

Rain tray will be done to match the intake manifold.

All the blue bits will be red to match the interior although i do like the blue, just cant decide.what do you think?

Now its getting mapped right lets see if 2bar is on the cards :eye:

2 bar? Is that with the CT26 hybrid?

If you do get a GT35 and run 2bar, you'll be making 600bhp + I'd have thought, but are you sure that intercooler can handle extreme boost?

Love the sound by the way :thumleft: :D

Well it will be mapped to what the i/c can handle,if its 2bar then great,if not then what ever it turns out to be,until a bigger i/c is fitted.
Should be between 1bar-2bar though.

Still, at over 1 bar that thing WILL fly. Great on the road.

GT35 will be a drag car. Immense power - might spoil the driveability, though? Dunno?

Looking forward to seeing the mapping results :D

Be careful running such a weak spring it'll probably not hold the wastegate shut for when you electronically raise it.

i.e. wanted to run 5psi commuting general drive about and 12psi for high power setting. I got a 5psi actuator, most boost I got to begine with withthe EBC was 11psi within a month of use most I could get was 7psi. Turbo simply blew the gate open. Now run an 8psi spring and the EBC holds 12pi fine.

*edit to say = Ignore me, I just read a bit more of the thread :thumleft:

Thanks for the info,im sure matt the mapper(afr tuning) knows what hes doing and will have it running right,i cant go to mad with it any way as its a daily driver but when a bigger turbo is fitted i might get a duel map done, one for roads(still with some grunt) one for the pod/track.
But lets see what its like with the ct26a hybrid(supra) it might be enough.

Should only be a few days from completion, and i cant bloody wait!!! ](*,)
It should be over 300hp which i will be happy with, got 230hp at 0.3 bar so dont see why it should'nt.

Hang on, is the motor built with forged internals?? If it's not, and you run it at 2 bar, that'll be the shortest lived V6 on the planet!

If you're going to fit a GT35, a few other things are going to have to be changed as well. Injectors for a start... :?

Come on earl, read the thread  Already has injectors, and forged pistons, fuel pump,gt35 is something i was thinking off doing as the next stage but mapping it with ct26.
