Keeping my fingers crossed I receive what I paid for...... 8-[

Received a polite phone call, apologising for the extreme delays I had been facing and was advised that i would receive my order this week.

Lo and behold, a further phone call a few days later confirmed the shipping/consignment number and yesterday I returned home after popping out to get milk and a "Sorry we Missed You" card was left on the doormat.

Today I received order: -

my Toms Rear Bumper with UK number plate £300, Toms side skirts £225 with winglets £40 and a GReddy chin spoiler £170

All wrapped up well, secure and must say despite the 17 months wait, the parts look a great fit and workmanship is fab.

Just a shame that I have sold my 2.......may keep these for my next MR2 in a few years time :-k

Just need to find out whether fibreglass reacts to cold or heat in a loft!

You waited 17 months and have sold your '2... well receiving the parts now is about as much help as a poke in the eye then!

Whilst I am saddened greatly that I am selling my 2 and not having the chance finally to realise my vision for m2, I am moving on and am grateful to have at least received the goods I have so patiently waited for....

Exactly what I was fearing and thankfully, Neos designs AKA Dave kept his word to me and promise and ensured I was contacted, kept up to date and today finally I received my goods.

Whats clearly evident, is that Neos proeducts are exact fitment and excellent workamship and when produced and delivered offer style to our 2's...just this time it will be on someone else's MR2.

bearing in mind the production times and Neos fulfilling his prior baclklogged orders, it may take a little while before new orders are fulfilled.

Anyways, Im glad to have received my stuff and can now say that Neos stuff is exact quality and fitment! :thumleft:

Glad to hear you've finally received what you were owed.

I'll remove your name now from the list that has been given to Lancashire Police.

is this the last known contact from anyone with Dave?
(March 13th).

If so, this is even more frustrating that I can't get any response.

Johnny, can you give me a shout about this on MSN . I need to get details of police etc.

1. Online user name - Darryn
2. Actual name - Darryn Steele
3. Parts outstanding (list AND values) n/a
4. Vehicle outstanding (value) n/a
5. Money outstanding - £1135
6. Date first entered into 'contract' with Dave Neo - Jan '07
7. Details of 'contract' e.g paid deposit £xxx for respray, or paid in full for xyz parts etc - Customer Lars Stubholm placed orders for £1135 of products, I took the payment via paypal and passed it to Dave . I continually chased Dave on this and even passed him on details when paypal pulled the funds from me due to paypal dispute . Dave admitted to owing the money but now I'm left with debt collectors (or more to the point my fiancee is as it was her bank account linked to paypal)
7. Date last heard from Dave Neo - February 08
8. Any other pertinent issues - I'll not go into all other issues .
