Go jump on GT-R2 on the pc, thats a real sim.

As for pro settings and driving aids off, thats the first thing anybody should do

Don't you find GT4 on the ps2 an overall better experience? maybe i need to sit down and have a good go at it.

Its a lot, lot harder than any arcade racing game i've played before then.

I don't like GT4 in all honesty. AI is crap. So no, I wouldn't say its better. Besides I like the online element and in that respect GT4 cannot compete.

I think you really need to try it.

Maybe i should try the online portion of GT5P the only problem is i can see it being full of idiots that really can't drive.

The only time i like to race online is when its with a group of people i know. Other than that it's worse playing online than with shitty AI....At least the computer knows when to brake

Racing games are my thing, Hell thats what my PC and PS3 are setup for, G25 mounted into a home made racing cockpit, it's as close to the real thing as your gonna get I love my racing sims. The drift option on GT5P gets a big thumbs up from me though... i really like that.

Also another gripe about it is the sound effects...... theres no argung that they are appaling.

There's a chance here to make one cracker of a game but they need to sort themselves out.

It is full of idiots that tend to use you as a brake, although in saying that providing you can get past the first corner where significant braking is required you can actually have a good race if you are at the sharp end.

It is frustrating but I do enjoy the online racing.

Totally agree though, if you could get racing with friends in a private room there wouldn't be so much to gripe with.

It should have had this option at release, Let's hope it will be included in the future
