keyboard problem

some of my keys are mixed up

for example: my number 2 key with the " above it if pressed with shift i get @

i also have no pound (as in money) sign above the 3 button,instead i get #

anyone got any ideas on how to sort this?it could be something simple but im clueless when it comes to computers

yeah so many people make that mistake when installing windows its untrue lol

i never installed windows on mine,it was an ex display computer so it was done for me already
