A VERY NICE BUILD!

advertised on behalf of a friend.....

rev 1 engine
completely stripped and cleaned throughout.
bottom end: bored using a torque plate to accept 86.5mm cp forged pistons,eagle conrods (have there own arp bolts) bottom end was blueprinted and balanced,using acl shells,arp main bolts.
has a fidanza flywheel,and a rps max clutch (450ftlbs) both balanced with the bottom end.
chris k (engine logics usa) uprated oil pump
new water pump,new thermostat.
both the block and cylinder head was decked,assembled with a cometic 1.4mm headgasket,keeping close to stock compression ratio.

cylinder head completely overhauled,standard valves re-lapped etc
hks 264 cams fitted,hks vernier pulleys,hks valve springs,hks cambelt,brand new toyota cambelt tensioner and idler bearings.
also a solid lifter conversion using mr-s lifters.arp head bolts.

engine is detailed,and has a powder coated rocker cover (blue)
block is painted,all intercooler pipes and heat shields are powder coated,everything is spotless as new!

every single bolt,washer,gasket,pipes are brand new toyota items.

heres a breakdown of what it cost........

no expence or time was spared on this build.
only done 100 miles! never past 4000rpm!

thats just the engine!

rev 2 gearbox with lsd and matching driveshafts,fully overhauled,new 3rd gear synchro fitted as advised £550

blitz nur spec-r exhaust £350,second hand,but new flexi costing an arm and leg!
walbro fuel pump £80

garret gt28rs turbo kit with external wastegate,stainless downpipe etc. £1500
good for 350bhp with mega responce!

i had this turbo as i wasnt building a drag monster,i wanted a very responcive road car!

i see no reason with the right turbo why this engine wouldnt make up to 500bhp,maybe more!?

the car has a complete rev 3 rear loom,ignitor,oil pressure switch,coolant temp switch,lambda sensor,map sensor,and a brand new rev 3 knock sensor! £400

custom intake with brand new apexi element £100 obviously no afm,running the same as a rev 3

currently using a apexi power fc on a base map,i cant supply this as its a friends! but i do have a brand new link G1 ecu,never used! in original packaging with software,booklets,serial link etc.

all intercooler hosing is samco to,probly around £100 worth
also have a brand new oil catch can with breather filters.
a paul port water injection kit
also have a rev 3 complete front loom!

the whole lot is currently in a rev 1 gt t-bar which has been owned for about 7 years.

the plan was to put the whole lot into the guys new rev 4 turbo,but due to employment circumstances he now needs to free up some cash!
hes gutted to say the least!

may be broken for parts if someone is interested in just the engine.

99% of reciepts available,as you can see no expence was spared!
