Made a special 'little' bracket on either side with galvanised metal super light weight It angles the plate towards air flowing into the under rad/radtech charge cooler's radiator. Also it has a few mm gap away from the bumper itself to ensure air flow! The number plate is custom raised carbon fibre fonts and logos and to a slightly smaller size shown of the TRD cover plate logo. But still to the import size shap. All good! Do not like the plates to one side looks off balance and prefer the central [*symmetry ] also do not like it stuck to top of bumper flat and or flat/ish on the lower sill of the bumper either! The MR2 came with a Legal plate in the boot and theres some mounts hanging down inside the nose infront of the radiator to screw it to.. Will get a pic of the mounts on the weekend if you want. (You cant see the mounts when looking at the car)

I had a Fiat Coupe 20VT a couple of years ago and had a 360 Modena style bumper fitted. Fitting a plate just ruined it so I managed to drive for a whole year without the front number plate and didn't get pulled once!

Just get a 3/4 size one and go with it until you get pulled.
