upload issues

hello, once or twice when i change my avatar i get a white box with an x in the middle...probably a fault at my end....what am i doing wrong and why is it happening

i`ll give it a go because the normal method just isint working at the moment....

Yep, the upload code doesn't seem to have done well with the server OS upgrade - I've noted that other areas also have problems.

I've got a few ideas what could be causing it and will do some investigating ...

OK, tinkering done and it all appears to be working now.
