For Sale, my cherished Mr2 Turbo GTS imported 3 yrs ago by myself spec as :

CAR NOW HAS REV 5 ALLOYS AND REAR SPOILER

July 1995 / M (no cat test required for MOT)

Grade 4 car one owner in Japan and myself

Auction sheet available confirming grade and mileage

Cambelt replaced in UK after import

Fully UK service history book stamped up to date

55,000 Klms (30,000 miles)

Goodward Green metalic, with cloth seats

Standard apart from:

ST205 CC installed with fiat pre radiator at front

Aussie DP

Blitz SUS power induction kit

Revision 5 alloys (mint)

Revision 5 rear spoiler

Richbrook chrome gear lever surround

The paintwork is totally origional and un marked, and has a deep lustre to it, cleary very well polished etc.

The cloth seats are in very good condition with no visible wear, the carpet is alaso in very good condition as mats were always used inside the car.

MOT 11 months, all mots available

Tax 10 months

Over the last three years of ownership, i have maintaned the car regardless of cost, and am only selling the car as i need something with more that two seats.

I am looking for £5995 as this is a very nice genuine low mileage Mr2 turbo in a great colour, and the condition of the car is reflected in the price.

If you are genuinely looking for a Mr2 turbo you will not be disapointed.

think law states first registered before august 95 no cat needed in uk thats what ive read in a few places.

So whats wrong with a mint 35k car with ST205CC installed.

Priced to sell at £5995

ebay shows 80k white cars going for £5000

I've no doubt this car is in excellent nick, but unfortunately there are rev 3 turbos going for as little as £3k at the moment. From what I can see, it's probably worth what you're asking, but it'll only go for that sort of price to someone who really wants to get a minter and hold onto it. There are people on here struggling to get £4k for mint rev 3s. Just a bad time to be selling it seems.

FYI I recently sold a mint REV 3 GT Turbo Tbar for £5,100 with 45k on the clock.

Remember that this tmie of year the values dip a little as we move towards winter time.

I think you might have to sharpen your pencil down to £5k - 5.5k if you want to sell this car.

I would recommend advertising on Piston Heads - it is free and it generated me most of my enquiries.

Autotrader is scandalously expensive IMO and hardly generated any interest at all.

Good luck with the sale - if as you say you are not in a great hurry then you can just leave your line out there and see what bites...

Sorry to hear it's not gone mate. I was trying to sell my NA before I moved over to London (from Dublin) earlier this month. Gave it a month, no luck at all. Not even a single phone call... So have to take it over now = hassle, but also = v6 opportunity if ever there was one.

Had it sold, I'd have been interested in yours for sure.
