The vin plate is on the inside wall closest to the bumper. Just tuck your head in..

Your code seems fine :thumleft: she's a rev 3!

Regards to oil, i use 10w40.

Hi matey
welcome to imoc! the plate is on the panel at the front if you stand at the front of the car it's on the back of the panel.basically opposite where you found the other number. I use semi synthetic 10w 40 thats the recommended grade anyways

chassis plate

Post by monkeyboy »

Hello again. Double checked the car today and the chassis plate is unfortunatley missing!!!!!! I had done a hpi check before buying the car and all was o.k. Done some investigating today with previous owners and garages but cant find out why its not there...
Anyway, i spoke to Toyota today to see if i could order a new chassis plate, but they said I couldn't because it is an import.
So my question is, does anyone know where I could get a new chassis plate from???
Many thanks.
