automatic log in issues...

for the last year my computer has automatically logged me into imoc as soon as i come onto the site but 2 weeks ago this stopped and now i have too log in every time...anyone know why and help me to fix,

try emptying your cookies folder, will probably have to log in to all the sites again that remember you but they will remember you again

Check your browser settings mate, you can make it so it empties all the temp files every time you shut it down which will make this happen, can also happen with cleanup software too.

Hi Martin,

Good suggestions above - we haven't changed anything at our end in the last week that could cause a problem like this.

Autologin is controlled by a cookie teh website here sends to your web-browser - if it has gone (eg some spyware scanning software, or PC protection software could have done this accidentally) or the cookie has become corrupted the auto login wouldn't work.

I'd try removing all cookies from www.imoc.co.uk and then login again here and then setup again autologin - that should do the job.
