I love your shots as well

- the one over Pete's engine bay really stands out for me! Actually all-round some great shots

- I didn't get any good people shots this year

- maybe next year!

Unfortunately having had another quick look through the other photos, I'm not

(personally) that impressed with how I did

(but then I've always been very critical of my own work).

Moving over the weekend

- hopefully I'll get a chance to sort through them soon, but right now am really tight for time.

What really hurts is that for the first time I had a play with Sasha's new compact digital camera

(a small Canon Ixus or something).

That thing

- in fully auto mode

- was producing shots as well as the ones that I was faffing around in fully manual on the DSLR trying to get

'just right'.
