Ever heard of this kind of part?

My upper heat-shield in my engine (the one with the don't touch thing on it) is quite old, a bit rusty and so on. I can't be bothered to clean it up and would rather replace it.

I would like a S/S cover, nice and polished.

Anyone know of something like this? I've tried eBay, google and a look in the for-sale section.

Hi Axis,

You could get in touch with your local fabrication shop and get them to make a polished stainless one up using your old one as a pattern.

If you didnt want the hastle, I got a polished plate that fits the standard position from this guy [email protected] on ebay a couple of months ago. drop him a line (but expect a wait for delivery fron Aus).
