I have sitting in my drive my beloved MR2, which sadly shot a piston through the reconditioned engine we'd bought 6 months previously. It still turns over, but the noise and the oil pouring from the engine make it pretty obvious that it's irredeemably knackered.

The interior is in good condition with no thin patches in the upholstery. The electrics all work, though the motor for the radio antenna has died. The air conditioning no longer works. The body work is in reasonable nick with slight bubbling around the wheel arches, and some chips around the headlights.

It is a grey import, though we have a full service history since it came into Britain. It was resprayed 2 years ago - dark metallic blue/green. The brakes were completely replaced about a year and a half ago. The front suspension was replaced about a month before the engine committed suicide. :::sniff:::

So please take up this bargain deal. Whoever wants it would have to collect.

BTW, the price is not ONO. It is just £200 - non-negotiable, take it or leave it. It is an N/A. It is MOTd until Oct/Nov.

Interesting side note - The head rest covers were actually made from leather in the Aston Martin upholstery factory by the aunt of the guy I got it from. Unique, huh?
