A friend of mine imported it last year in July as a base for a project but decided on a rev3 so i bought it off him. The body was completely rust free and with the exception of some rubber parts was also mechanically sound. The clutch went on it a few months ago and the tax was about to run out so i took it off the road to do some work. Since then i have: Fitted a new battery Fitted a new dizzy, arm, plugs, leads etc Fitted a momo steering wheel + trd knob Fitted an exedy clutch Removed and checked all hoses, coolant lines, water housing Fitted all new coolant sensors Fitted an mbc The car has always run absolutely spot on and fires first time even after being sat for the last couple of months, never overheating. 
The clutch has about 50 miles on it so isnt even bedded in yet.Now the bad points: The centre section of the spoiler has been removed and replaced by a big by-plane wing, there are a few scuffs on the bumpers that have been white penned over by the japanese owner and the mounting holes for the orig spoiler.
The speedo is still in kms so will need converting, and limiter removing. Just needs 2 inner cv joints and lower tie rod arm and 2 tyres to be perfect. It is SORN at the mo but can tax it for u if required and the MOT runs out in about a month. It has 133000kms (83k) on it but runs mint and would need about £150 spending on it to be made perfect.
