Just a quick message to all IMOC members seeking spare parts or that use 247spares.co.uk

This firm is one of the breakers used by 247spares and they are totally useless. Generally I have had great thinks to say about 247spares, but this lot are useless.

They don't have parts in that they claim to have, take weeks for delivery, I have rung them 9 times and had just got more angry/more excuses each time. I am still waiting to be refunded.

They are based in birmingham. They may seem well priced, but avoid them like the plague.

AVOID EASYJAPPARTS - it's more hassle than it's worth!

Just my opinion of course

No problem - don't want anyone else to have the agro I had!

I couple of guys called Tony and Charlie run the place/man the phones, so if you use 247spares and these guys ring you... don't take them on.

Does anyone know the options I have to get refunded if i have made a debit card payment over the phone and not received any goods?

I know with certain credit cards you have like a purchase insurance which you can use to get your money back, is there anything like this my bank could do to get my debit card payment back?

Cheers

I got ripped off by a breakers yard last year. I paid on my barclays debit card. I made a fraud report with the bank and they refunded my money.

Good luck!
