At 1.40 pm it had been moved to a layby Heading towards Hagley, stopped to have a look, didn't look to bad till i noticed the front offside wheel sitting about 3 inches to far back in the arch....Anyones on here an are you o.k.Green n/a A491

Spotted this morning at 5.40 on the grass verge, looked liked someone lost it on the island. At 1.40 pm it had been moved to a layby Heading towards Hagley, stopped to have a look, didn't look to bad till i noticed the front offside wheel sitting about 3 inches to far back in the arch....Anyones on here an are you o.k.
