bit of a story behind this
brought it off my boss on the off chance i could get it goin
when i got it . it wouldnt even turn over
so after a day of fiddling and messing with random stuff i managed to get it turning over so that was a bonus as ive tryed finding a new engine with no succses now i just had to get it started so after buying a new ripoff (toyota) dizzy cap and rotor i managed to get it to fire but still wont start so next fiddle took me back to toyota to get some iridium plugs with plugs fitted and first turn of the key and it fired up kept it running for a couple of min then it just died now it wont start again so bk to square 1 its got a good spark and fuel is there so gonna get my mechnic to see if the timing is out. as far as i know the mods on it are

tein shocks with edc
17inch wheels
hks turbo timer
hks bov
and the dyno read out witch says 198bhp@wheels so dont know if anything else has been done to it

he wanted £800 for it but i got it for £550 im just trying to eliminate the problem one thing at the time as its been stood for 9 months

well had it started again 2nite it done the same again but stayed running for about 10 min tryed starting it again quickly but she refused so i took all the plugs out 1&4 were fine rite colour and nice and dry 2/3 were soaking wet with fuel so i think 2/3 ht leads r shot only a guess at the mo its had a new dizzy and rotor and a set of iridium plugs so the leads can only be the last thing i try b4 giving it to my mechanic and watch my back account empty ill keep u posted on the progress

Yeah good luck. Still tho at 550 its a steal. Surely wont cost a huge amount to repair.

Shame it won't start properly. Looks like a great example. I presume it's lowered by the looks of it?

not to sure m8 to tell you the truth just know its got a full tein setup with the incar adjuster
