My headlight on the driver's side does not pop up. However once it is wound up manually, and the lights are turned off the headlight goes down as normal.
Any Suggestions?

Id say no. It's most probably dodgy wiring if the motor is winding down

I've had the thing apart and couldn't find any missing screws
