So here I have for sale is the MR2.

It is unregistered as being damaged so will not show on any HPI searches but you can see from the photos, it's well and truly done in.

I suspect, although cannot confirm that the chassis is bent.

The roof bar across the back window is bent upwards slightly.

The whole drivers door and wings on that side are all twisted, the offside headlight is stuck in the up position.

Drivers window is smashed as is the rear window.

The rear offside wheel is punctured and the alloys are badly scratched.

I do not know if any of the steering rack or axles were bent or twisted in the accident.

Where the car went off the road, there is no kerb, it goes straight to a soft verge so all the steering gear may have survived.

The car was driven 5 miles home from where it was in the accident.

So what is the good news?

The good news is that the near side of the car is still in very good condition, including door, wings, mirrors, wheels, the lot.

Also, the engine is still in perfect working order and all of the gearbox, clutch and all of the running gear under the bonnet still run fine.

Apart from a bit of mud, all of the interior is fine and the CD player still works as does the stereo.

Someone somewhere must be able to make use of these parts.

Maybe you've got an MR2 and the engine has just gone on you? Do you need a n/s door or wing? Do you need a stereo?

Please note, I am selling this car as a whole.

I had considered taking the parts off and selling individually but in all honest truth, I don't have the time.

Please don't ask for parts of the car to be removed and sent.

The only things that are currently missing from the car because I had just installed them are the battery and the headlight bulbs

(I'd put super brilliant bulbs in there) and I don't know where the old ones are.

In the picture of the engine bay, you will notice that the air filter and relevant boxes are missing.

This is because I had a K&N induction kit on this

(which I am also selling, see my other items later) and I have removed it.

I have though, re-instated the whole of the standard air filter and boxes so the engine bay is now complete.

The car still has 6 months MOT on it.

The engine has done the miles shown in the picture 133287 miles.

SO, please someone come and take this off my hands.

I will not verify that it is safe to drive so it needs to be trailered away.

I also will not take pittance for it as the stereo/CD player must be worth something and the full engine and gearbox is also worth a bit.

Doors and wings will also be valuable to others who have had scrapes or knocks.

Im looking for offers round the

£200 region.
