xxxx and IMOC-UK

Post by BenF »

Following a number of complaints from IMOC-UK members which have been carefully investigated and verified, xxxx has received a formal warning relating to conduct and specific messages sent via PM system regarding other IMOC-UK Affiliates.

Other claims that were made at the same time were also investigated but no supporting evidence was found.

As this is xxxx third formal warning within a 12 month period, it has resulted in a Permanent Ban from IMOC-UK.

This is rediculous, Tim is a decent bloke and i for one think this is the wrong decision. I have had a long business relationship with Tim and i have never been let down or disapointed, top bloke. What a load of b-s im sure you all agree.

The evidence was looked into in great detail by myself and other committee members. It was plain to see and there was no question whatsoever. The decision by the Committee was unanimous that a third formal warning should be given which thus resulted in a ban. It is not a decision we took lightly.

not sure i understand your point?
are you saying my statement is incorrect? or the point shouldnt have been raised?
the above was raised in reply to "i would rather use tim as he is a uk based supplier"
obviously, the member who posted that didnt have all the facts

Lauren and other commity members;

Tim may or may not have said something which you have chosen to thrown opon, but hear this, it is not of Tims nature so it appears to me as though he has been provoked by another party, and what of them? i beileve Tim is part of a set up and we all say things we later regret and i honestly feel u have punished a good and honest member who has proven to be an asset.

Karl,

As Ben has stated at the top of this thread. Allegations against other members have been looked into and no supporting evidence was found. Please don't take offence, but i'm not interested in Tim's 'nature'. It was the manner in which he conducted his business on IMOC that was teh issue.

I can honestly say that i have never gone into so much detail and evidence gathering as i have with this case. In that respect i have no doubt whatsoever that we made the right decision in all respects.

But with all due respect you don't know about the facts we have uncovered. I'm not going to break any confidentiality on here of course, but put it this way, we were beyond thorough and as a result were absolutely fair in our findings.

i think as a human being u have the ability to see outside the facts and make acceptions. I would like to think that the people that be on IMOC could take Tims valued reputation, popularity and personality into account and take an action acordingly, sometimes its about seeing beyond the facts. Human compassion, one of our better qualitys.

I dont want to argue about this, it is just my opinion that you and others have utimately taken the wrong decission.
