Its had a Blitz stainless steel system added, Turbo timer (not sure of make), Crappy momo steering wheel (soon to go), centre console conatins boost pressure, oil temp (not working), and volt meter installed, atmospheric blow off valve (not sure of make).

Bad points: Gearbox Syncromesh fubar'd on 2nd, clutch thrust bairing or cable clicking, no horn (due to crappy steering wheel), hesitating on hard acceleration now and again (probably just cos I put unleade in rather than Super or optimax), Pinks a bit two in the lower rev range when under load...

Needs some TLC basically!

As for the Plates they are Guernsey registration plates not mainland UK

Any advice for a New tubby owner gratefully recieved... I think for know its gonna have a full service, new brakes and start lookin for a recon gearbox!

hesitation when accelerating is more than likely ignition problem. Change the dizzy and rotor arm first. :thumleft:

Thought that might be the case, my shoppin list for pay day is new dizzy cap, rotor arm, leads, plugs, disks and pads all round (goes well but doesnt like to stop!!!) want to do an oil and filter change, bleed the water system cos she gurgles and pops when cooling after a run. geet the AC checked and re-gassed. she how she behaves after all that..

as for gearbox issue, what do you think try to repair? or just get a replacement from Rogue or Fensport?

Retribution - You have PM

Dans - Sorry the popping is all just part of the gurgling, I think there is a little air caught in the system, she had all new pipes underneath about 6 months ago apparently..
