Lol Thanks for the kind words people :thumleft:

Well I've been to 3S to have it raised 15mm all round today and -camber put on the front wheels, and WOW wat a difference, its completely changed the ride!

The 2 Feels completely planted at speed and cornering is flat and stable!!

Huge improvement over the old set up of standard shocks and lowering springs 8) Shocks now soak up all the little bumps and even no longer crashes over the larger ones...

Hopefully a full geometry set up will yield furthar improvements :D

how much toe did you get in?

changing the camber makes a phenomenal affect on the car, i remember getting the camber adjusted to -1 on the front of my yarist sport with tein basics and the way the car just strides through the corners is awesome.

improves your turn in, cornering and exit all in one!

Ha, hi! Yeah that was me, nervously reversing it off the ramps and around everyones cars with them watching

Have to say hats off to the James' guys there for sorting me out yesterday it's much appreciated, both top blokes. :thumleft:

Have still got to get it all aligned etc it looks to be about 5 degs of negtive camber at the moment, was set in at maximum -camber as we didnt want to have differences from near to offside etc...

Now I just need to find an alignment centre that has flat ramps, the two i've been too far cant get the car on the ramps with enough clearance for the camera things to "speak" to each other lol...

Dude, where have you been to try and get an alignment done?

Are you aware of the difference between normal 4-wheel laser alignment (i.e. where they measure the fronts off the rears - for fixed rear wheel cars), and true 4-wheel laser alignment? (which we need to use as rears and fronts can both be adjusted, and will both be out...)

Well the difference is as I said above...

For example I went to Guildford tyres to get a '4-wheel laser alignment', and was told my alignment was spot on. Well it wasn't!! I could feel the car crabbing a bit - which it still does  So went back but again was told they are spot on - the fronts are obviously perfectly set up to the rears but the rears are obviously out so the fronts are out by the same amount...

Besides that, checking alignment is free and they charge about £25 for adjusting, so you know its only the fronts that are changed as its so cheap  Expect to pay £60+ for a full alignment, depending on the time it takes... if they are out...

Re. places, do a search matey  I'll have a wee look too...
