boy are they fast.. i only just managed to pull away...creeping 8-[

the funny thing is i would consider my car quite modded apexi fc, running @1.2 ish standard IC.deepature exhaust...

im really depressed normally i leave everything for dust

is this the megane 225? Parkers says 0-60 in 6.3 and i bet once its rolling its as fast as a rev 3 being a modern turbo and all. You have to remember your car is over 10 years old!

Compare it to a ten year old megane and you would be hugely faster.

It could well have been modded, come from the world of Renaults over at cliosport.net and they are easily remapped up to the 250ish mark in which case you wouldn't massively beat it in and averagely modded tubby. Even if it were standard its like the rev 1-2 vs the rev 3 sort of power differences and there's not masses in that.
I have dispatched an astra vxr in mine comfortably and i'm running an exhaust, induction kit and downpipe with no boost increase as yet, and they are supposed to be very marginally quicker than a 225.
