[Mk2] [Turbo] London Tunnel Run

Been looking at some vids of this on YouTube, but details are not announced on open forums.

Anyone know any info, as the last one was on Boxing Day 2005 so there should be another one soon.

Is this specifically about MR2s?

Or is it a generic car type event?

It's any car that makes a great noise.

They've had 250 cars before... everything from Ultimas to Ferraris and TVR. It's a tour of 10 of the best tunnels around London.

Very sad I know.

I usually put my windows up when going through tunnels. Just habbit.

seriously though, most tunnel runs are organised through www.pistonheads.com but because of media coverage its gone underground. you need to put in some forum time there and go to some other events they do and maybe you will be allowed into the inner sanctum!!

There is a meeting Sun Dec 10 in Beckton, east london, I will be there in my roadster turbo. See you there?

Heard that this event will be in January sometime and loooods of cars are attending. Last year apparently something like 40 scooby's, 20 200sx and more :shock:

Would be good to get a clan of 2's going :thumleft:

there was one at midnight a few weeks ago, I think our guys get their info from Pistonheads
