I would go with that West 77, seems the more sensible option.

No harm in looking at the car though. Got me curious now! :cyclops:

But seriously, why not spend £4k on an unmolested car and then add the bits you want? That way its customised to you not someone else

I understand wot ur saying but most rev3's i seen so far are around 5k-6k with alot more miles than that and are standard. The mods that the previous owner has done wud be similar to ones i wud have done anyway, except i wud have had a different kit b4 seeing this one and prob wouldnt have had the roll cage but other than that \:D/

Dont worry Damo, I am after a standard rev 2 black gt tin top!
I know how frustrating it is looking for the right car though.

I can apreciate that you dont want to travel a long way to find a heap of crap, but that is the only way you will know what it is like.

My biggest concern would be the spray job. You cant tell how good this is until you view, so GO VIEW!!

Keep us posted though mate

Good luck!

hey you can never look at too many, mind you if your driving a long way you've got to be keen.

Have you thought about getting someone like Bonsai to look for a car for you? Or perhaps an IMOC member like Whizza...

Whizza got mine for me, asked him to source a Grey, G LTD, T Bar, Auto, GT interior.....

few weeks later I'm the owner of exactly that and even better he managed to find one with just 36k on the clock with everything working at a price that had me smiling ear to ear.

Plenty of people out there who'll do this for a reasonable price and have it delivered ready to go to your door.

Yeah ive often thought bout importing and i know u can get a gud deal from them but i dont like the fact that i cant c the car b4 paying for it incase its got summot wrong with it, but if i cant find a decent one going in this country i may have to look elsewhere.

Don't know what those extra 'winglets' are on the front, I have a Do-Luck bumper and I don't have those.
If the car is lowered with a this bumper then you have to be careful of steeply angled slope.....or you will damage it! I have!

I think that is a JAP STYLE front spoiler as they are very very common in Japan. However, they usually use that kind of spoiler when the car is racing on the TRACK! :-k If use them on the road, would it be a bit dangerous? Will the police be happy about that SHARP spoiler?

those nasty things on the front bumper are called canards (like the french for duck i believe)? and are to aid the downforce.
i believe they work very well but you would seriously slice someone up with 'em, and think they are illegal - could be wrong about the illegal though :?:

the side skirts look a bit pop rivety to me, and im not too keen on the scoops, a smooth toms is nicer.

however if the do luck kits are expensive you could always remove it, and use the money you'd make on ebay to put the exterior back to standard and you still got the nice engine goodies. :)

Cant see the 'winglets' going through sva...
The fit of the front bumper looks appaling... look at the gap round the drivers side headlight compared to the passenger side.
I think the 'oil temp guage' is more likeliy to be exhaust gas temp... it seem to read up to 1200 degrees.
