I would recommend that you put up a date and a time in the thread's title on here so that people can more easily see when it is, also could you cut and paste the contents of the original post on the OC with the details into this thread.
Many people will not be bothered to go across to the OC using the link in order to put down their name. If you want more attendance at any meet your best bet is to start a seperate thread on both the OC and IMOC.
