Engine is good
- I put a new one in this year. Bought it from Lauren on here and haven't had any troubles with it. Also changed clutch, cambelt and coolant at the same time. Oil pressure reads fine, and temperature stays completely stable, even in traffic.Brand new Toyota exhuast manifold fitted this year.
Stainless steel Magnex exhuast.
Nearly new Oz Racing alloys
(tyres original size still). Just had 2 new handbrake cables and a new rear caliper.
The other caliper has been replaced in the last few years. Front strut brace from a t-bar model fitted.
New front discs and pads, plus new fluid 2 weekends ago.
Also just had an oil and filter change
(using semi synth Magnatec).MoT till June 07.
Tax till end of October.
Loads of history with it.
Quite a few spares with it too
- mainly trim but a few useful mechanical parts such as alternator, starter, clutch master cylinder etc. Bad bits:
Gearbox is starting to get a bit noisy
- still shifts nice and smooth though and doesn't pop out of 5th. Minor little bit of rust on one of the rear wheel arches, nothing too bad though.
Looking for
£1200, and would consider part ex with something cheap and diesel.
