New Mr 2 Owner says Hello

Evening folks. Just bought myself a raher cheap Mr 2 Turbo off my friend to use as a Track car. ( Insurance write off ) Need abit of help identifying what model Mr 2 it is ( Rev 2 / 3 etc )

The Rev 1 are from years 1990 to 1992. Rev 2 were manufactured from '92 to L reg '93. From 93+ came the Rev 3

Cheers for that guys - How come it has the Rev 3 lights then but not colour coded etc ?
Parts bin special maybe ?

the rev 3 lights will just have been done as an upgrade mate, its the only thing that seems non OE apart from you have a front splitter missing. The colour coding (on the side strips) came with rev 3 onwards but yours being a rev 2 has what were known as a 'tint' of body colour

LOL aftermarket sideskirts as well obviously, dont know what make they are though, not seen those before

Cheers again guys. I've got the splitter and some rear bumper splitters in the boot of it - Your right the side skirts on the rear splitter are non standard but not idea where they are from or what company makes them.

I had a tubby that colour :D Really really nice in the sun...*feels nostalgic*

Never seen those particular side skirts before, anybody know what they are?
