Mk3 with Mk1 Badge?

Post by waynestoyotamr2 »

Is it me?

Or has this Mk3 (Roadster, MRS etc...) got the Mk1 badge on it?

Nice spelling...
'Toyota Raodster (MRS) not mazda, evo, MR2, subaru or MG'
Looks like the Alloy wheels have gone for a walk too!

I would quite like a MK1 badge for my MK2. I've seen them in blue as well can't remember where though.

I think Spammon posted something about them a year or so ago (probably ebay   ).

It's common practice, it seems, to put 'not Honda, Mazda, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Nissan' on your ebay ad when selling a Jap car to increase the views it'll get.

(I'd do it if I was selling)

I don't know, looks quite good to me, in a retro Triumph type way. Quite like steels on the MX5 as well.

What about the 'beautiful" Yellow and Black interior? That might be a bit much for most people.... urg!!

Nice one with the imaginary friend post.... I might try flogging my imaginary mr2 on ebay next....
