JAE Spec sheet templates

Post by Neil_turbo »

Hi all,

knocked these up for anybody who wants one for JAE, would look good if we all had the same style!

Here is mine... (old one now! )

Image

This one was done in photoshop but i have recreated it in word, downloadable here...

http://home.btconnect.com/trd2000gt/JAE ... mplate.doc

For this of you who may want to do something else with it, i have done a blank baxkground aswell...

Image

Dont use that image, download the one below for better quality!

and i am still not 100% sure on the design below but frank may like it! What do you think!?!?!

Cheers

Neil

Billing had them and a lot of us came to the conclusion that last years JAE was not very "atmospheric" cos East of England Showground is basically a big field..

was sort of a running joke.. well it made perfect sense after 2 days drinking and BBQ's !

basically Billing was thought of as a better venue - but alas JAE has outgrown it - in some ways this is good - some ways bad... my Avatar was taken at Billing

As stated on the other thread, I will run off around 50 and bring them up with me for those who have not done them in advance.

Thought as much but wasn't sure..... spent many a happy time at Billing in the late 80's an 90' with the National Street Rod Asso'. (fellow tree lovers to)

Frank, print it out on the colour paper with just the trees / IMIOC bit on it, then print over it a second time from Word. Job done. Simple. No need to faff about incorporating it then!

If you've got Powerpoint use that instead of Word, it's a hell of a lot easier IMO.

Yep powerpoint is easier to arrange.. but still not printing the "background"

may have to get one of the 50 blank sheets

Good plan - I'm just making up a MS Word Template which I'll upload here for people to print and use.

Frank - you can set it up to be a background - in Word, import image, resize it and then make its properties 'Behind' text.

Tricky to edit text in front, but does work ...

Looks like its been removed by the author. Best bet is to PM neil_turbo and see if he still has it kicking around somewhere.
