Used Jase at MTTE to purchase a pair of Veilside sideskirts - they fit abysmally

It was the lack of email response that annoyed me greatly.
Five tactfully worded emails explaining the problems were met with pure ignorance.
£700.00 I wished I'd of spent elsewhere

And I swore I wouldn't be back after the sale of my car, but have to stand up for one of the old boys.

I knew Jase since 99/00, he's one of the nicest most knowledgeable chaps I ever met in the 2 scene along with Jon Leech, Michael Canny, Shaf & Geoff Gorner (sounds like an Oscar speech - sorry if I forgot anyone). A real stand up guy.

I bought a Veilside rear bumper from him - he delivered it personally to my door. I bought Veilside copy sideskirts and they fit almost perfectly. All companies have the occasional bad feedback and I'm suprised Jason didn't work things out with Rowland as he's a great guy on the scene also...

I have to recommend Jason and MTTE from the service "I" personally received.

Anyways.... still searching for my Lotus Esprit/Ferrari 348!

I've put it down to just being 'one of those things' you live and learn etc.
Jase has plenty of satisfied customers and I'm not out to taint things.

8-[

PS. is he very big?

advantages of having a phone!

Post by will777 »

far from being an "i told you so" if mtte had a phone maybe rowland would have rang and they would of sorted the problems out there and then without the lack of e mail response problems!

Well yeah, I can see your point there!

I emailed Jase ages ago about my Veilside rear bumper and asked for his mobile which he gave to me back then.

Maybe that's an option?

Other sign of the coin - he's an online retailer, don't think it's easy to call amazon.co.uk ......

Email response is where it's at for online retailers, the email enquiries need to be dealt with quickly, within 12 to 24 hours at the most.

I don't know if you fell into this category Rowland but I do know he had a lot of problems with a bodykit supplier sometime back.

The guy was selling them under MTTE IIRC :?
