Lowered the '2 - *PICS*

Post by Dale_V »

I bought some lowered Bilstiens from a Rev3 turbo the other week, and fitted them last sunday, Im very very pleased at the outcome, not only has the car dropped in ride height, but it has improved the handling alot. It's so stiff that speed humps and pot holes are a nightmare, but all that is forgotten about when the cars being pushed, theres so much more feel, and little body roll! =P~ =P~

enjoy!

Nice one Dale - the lowered stance looks far better than the car at standard height. :thumright:
Mk2 NA Rev1 -*- Mk2 Turbo Rev2 -*- Mk1 NA -*- Mk2 Turbo Rev 3 = all gone!

That looks spot on that Dale. I'm not a big fan of that particular colour, but I like the style and stance of your car. =D>

It's the best colour by a long shot well done mate.

Were they brand new springs or not as sometimes after a couple of weeks they'll bed in and actually get lower.

They were 1 year old bilsteins with lowered springs that were used on a turbo for a few thousand miles, so they are probably as settled as they will get, each time I go for a ride im getting more impressed O:)
