that looks awesome.

really like the fact that youve had the bonnet and lamp covers painted black finishes the front end nicely.

bet your well chuffed

Yep im well pleased with how she's turned out.

still a few ongoing things to buy for her. carbon fiber bonnet and some carbon wind deflectors to give the front a bit more fearsome look.

Sometimes wish id gone with the border front bumper but i think the greddy lip gives it just enough to stand out :)

Looks really nice mate! 8)

love the colour scheme, although not a big fan of the toms scoops.

Maybe change the rev 3 UK lights for import JDM spec?

Aside from that mate, nice job! =D>

WARNING : These pictures might cause severe traumatisation for MR2 owners.

My ill tubby on the ramps with engine bits all over.

Bottom end bearings are gone, headgasket blown,No.3cylinder burnt, head bolts burnt, plus other stuff that went wizzing past my head when he was explaining lol

Basicaly needs a full engine rebuild, only good thing is my pistons are ok.

She'll be back on the road befor long, only things im uprating are the headgasket to a steel one, and head bolts to ARP.

Looks top!

I really think that the Autopista spoiler goes well with the Border spats.

lol cosmos, yeah she certainly had the runs

well just had the price for the re-build, i certainly sat down after lol

£1725.20p

which in all fairness i think was good, i was expecting more towards the 2k mark.

There goes my carbon fiber bonnet fund.

At least she'll last me a few more thousand miles now.

Thats bloody good for a rebuild mate. Probably coz your not sticking in pistons, however if i was you i would be thinking about forgies if you don't already have them ;)

Just had a phone call today the bills gone up ](*,)

They advise getting a new oil pump, skim my head and polish the ports. So another £200 odd to go on top making the bill

£1960.

The joys of MR2 ownership. lol

Under £2k for a rebuild....

Think yourself very lucky mate. Could be into double figures if you chose the right stuff

Car (was) looking well mate.

Sad about the engine situation, but it happens to the best of us!
That price u got aint all that bad considering it's engine out & in included.

Just got my bill for £990 in vat, but i supplied pistons, pump, gaskets, bolts, etc. he's just re-bore, lighten, race balance, clean, paint, recon cyl head, re-build. Just gott find a grand by friday/saturday now!
