Heh heh, borderline ...... but you'd probably have got away with it ;)

So, other than the puns about conversions - is Paul shoehorning something a little more tasty into your Mk1 then ?

Heh heh - what you really want is a Twincharger conversion, don't deny it ;)

Hmmm ... tempting but I think I'd pick big turbo and nitrous instead :D

Could you have your arm twisted to give us an update to the progress of your TC car?

no he`s not getting his twisted mind working around my car! i`m going up with jinxy so paul can do the work on his car for him (post about it a few weeks back).its a bloody long way on a train so i am giving him a lift back. a bit of a gentle drive ! but then what are mates for?
i have been promised a go in the new monster though,i only hope its ready for the road.even if it is just a trip round the block.if its not ready then i can rev the engine a bit!

Unfortunately mine is no where near ready (well, its ready to trial fit new engine mounts!), so you wouldn't be able to have a go! Pity, as I'm only a mile or two away from Pauls workshop.
