Hello People

Just bought my MR2 T bar Turbo, J reg, rev 1 i think, has full s/s exhaust and some other mods, around 245 BHP on power engineerings rollers.

Anyways, can anyone suggest where i can get parts from quickly?

See my other post as my brake is playing up also

Thanks for all your help

Hi Ross welcome to IMOC

It seems like your front right brake calliper could be binding and may need replacing.
I had exactly the same symptoms recently and a secondhand brake calliper took 1/2 an hour to fit and cured the problem immediately.
If it does turn out to be a seized calliper after you're checked it out, Roguesystems based in Coventry are usually spot on and deliver next day too!
Also they *do* have stock of second hand brake callipers too, you're best to give them a call.

Hope this helps matey :D

Very very helpful, the problem is im not sure what calipers i have on it, as the previous owner says it has rev 3 on them :) Im pretty sure there is a part number on it though so will have a look tommorow.

Ahh what a lovely start to the MR2 fun, :D  :D

Thanks again people, very helpful information. :P

you have yet to see any different! how do you know this to be true then????? "in your experience" doesnt mean bu88er all mate.
im just pointing out the facts!!
when cars come over here there registered on UK plates!!

how would you like me to prove it to you then "mate", want be to buy 2 cars and bring them round your house! just to prove a point!!
NEITHER YOU OR I HAVE SOLID PROOF, so "in my experience" doesnt mean anything!

how bout we turn it around, you proof me wrong!
